KOTA KINABALU: About a year ago, accountant Arthur Chin began learning the art of twisting tubular balloons into various shapes.
Guided by a book, Chin learnt to twist the rainbow-coloured balloons into dogs, rabbits, flowers and even aeroplanes to entertain his two young children.
