HE missed last year’s Starwalk after seven years of consecutive wins in the Men Junior Vete-rans category but Jagjit Singh Badan Singh returned as champion again for the eighth time at Starwalk 2005.
A National Sports Council coach and 1989 Sea Games bronze medallist, Jagjit, 49, found this year’s race relatively easy although he did not clock his best time at 52:11. His personal best was 47:43 in Starwalk 2003.
