DESPITE the gloomy weather, cheer was in the air as the Sultan of Pahang joined in the month-long Hari Raya celebrations at various venues in the state.
The most recent was held at the Dewan Jubli Perak Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah in Kuantan where various state agencies led by the state secretary’s office held a joint open house.
