THE Ramadan buffet featured at Hotel Maya’s authentic kampung cuisine promotion is a mix of selections taken from the different states in Malaysia. The main courses are culinary influences from the Southern region while soups and rice dishes are from the Northern and Eastern states. The over 70 dishes featured at the buffet are rotated daily.
