PERAK is giving incentives to its students who win top prizes at national-level competitions to motivate them to become world-class students.
State Education, Human Resources and Multimedia Committee chairman Datuk Dr Zambry Abd Kadir said the move was part of the state’s plan to make Perak a K-state.
