Police have arrested two men for buying Astro subscription packages at residential rates and selling them at higher commercial rates to unsuspecting companies.
The suspects, one of whom was a former Astro employee, had been involved in the scam since May 2003 and had caused the satellite television company to loose more than RM60,000 in monthly rate payments.
