HE might look thin and frail but once he gets astride his mountain bike, Sonic Seow Hock Cheng is sure to impress.
Seow, 19, was in his element when he won the 1.4km Down-hill Race at the recent Penang International Mountain Bike Challenge 2005 at the Penang Municipal Park.
