PENANG: Instead of celebrating their 8th wedding anniversary together tomorrow, Winnie Tong will be attending her husband's funeral.
Tong's husband, Lok Wan Loo, 35, was among seven people killed when a car ploughed into him and two other policemen manning a roadblock at the Jelutong Expressway here early yesterday.
