PART-time gym instructor Nelson Cheng Seong Wei outclassed 63 contestants to win the 2005 Mr Penang bodybuilding competition overall title.
Representing Body Master Gym, Cheng had earlier reigned supreme in the middleweight category be-fore outshining six indivi-dual category champions for the Mr Penang overall crown.
