AFTER receiving reports of more than 5,000 dengue cases since January, the Selangor Health Department has decided to increase its efforts to fight the menace.
Selangor exco for Tourism, Health and Consumer Affairs Datuk Dr Lim Thuang Seng said there had been 9,000 dengue cases last year. He had hoped to halve the number this year, but it didn't work.
