The new RM6.1mil SJK (C) Min Sin in Relau, Penang, opened its doors to its highest enrolment of pupils in two decades yesterday.
Describing this as a good start, its board of directors’ chairman Dr Yee Thiam Sun said the school recorded 235 pupils from Years One to Six this year compared to only 51 last year.
