A NEW condominium project, Regency Heights, at Desaria in Sungai Ara, Penang, will be open for registration during the inaugural Star Property Fair 2003 from Sept 19 to 21.
Palmex Industries Sdn Bhd property division general manager Ang Hooi Eow said the project comprised four 18-storey blocks with a total of 529 units.
