KUALA LUMPUR: The corruption trial of Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi lasted only about 30 minutes on Monday (Nov 22) before it was adjourned as one of his lawyers was suffering from gout.
Lawyer Hamidi Mohd Noh, representing the former deputy prime minister, informed the court that his ankle was swollen from gout but he was ready to continue his submissions at the end of the prosecution's case at the High Court here.
