Japanese firm takes stake in Macrokiosk

MACRO Kiosk Bhd (Macrokiosk), a mobile technology enabler in the area of enterprise mobility solutions and mobile payment services, has secured a direct strategic investment from Japan-based GMO Internet Group’s unit – GMO Payment Gateway Inc (GMO-PG).

GMO-PG is acquiring a substantial stake in Macrokiosk from Kenny Goh Chee Ken, Henry Goh Chee Heng and Goh Chee Seng (CS), the three brothers who are the founders and management of Macrokiosk for an undisclosed sum.
