SPORT, heritage and nightlife collide in Cyberjaya with the launch of Sejiwa Social Club.

The venue inside the Royal Selangor Polo and Equestrian Club launched in style with its “Celebs Take the Court” event offering a first look at the all-in-one destination built around pickleball, padel, equestrian life and sunset dining.

The collaboration combines Selangor’s distinguished polo and equestrian heritage with the growing popularity of social racket sports, introducing an integrated lifestyle destination where sport, recreation and social interaction come together, the club said in a statement.

The club has named its pickleball and padel courts after the state’s nine districts – Petaling, Klang, Gombak, Hulu Langat, Hulu Selangor, Kuala Langat, Kuala Selangor, Sabak Bernam and Sepang – paying tribute to Selangor’s history and distinctive local identity.

The courts are open from 7am to 1am, giving users the flexibility to enjoy the facilities throughout the day and into the night.

The club also features a restaurant on the first floor overlooking the courts, where diners can also enjoy sunset views and a menu ranging from light bites to handcrafted burgers and pasta dishes.

The launch featured a wide variety of activities including padel and pickleball exhibition matches, a horse and stable experience, latte art showcase, mocktail experience, Sunset Coffee Rave, lucky draw and live musical performances.

Guests in attendance included Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Mordi Bimol, as well as professional pickleball players Jimmy Leong and Athilla Miasara Azizul Azhar.
