SMG Penang welcomes visitors during Mid-Autumn Festival

IN the spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival, members of the Star Media Group (SMG) in Penang received several meaningful visits from community leaders and corporate representatives.

Among them was Penang DAP chairman Steven Sim Chee Keong, who led a delegation of state party leaders to The Star Pitt St office where they presented mooncakes to SMG’s client brand marketing (bureaus) general manager Simone Liong and news editor Arnold Loh.

Penang youth, health and sports committee chairman Daniel Gooi, along with representatives from Befrienders Penang, also paid a visit and presented mooncakes to SMG’s deputy news editor Tan Sin Chow.

Other well-wishers included representatives from M Summit Group, AC Hotel Penang Bukit Jambul, Northern Heart Hospital Penang and Gurney Plaza, all joining in to share festive greetings and gifts with SMG staff.
