Lucky draw prizes totalling RM476,000 given out at developer’s fete
WITH a good take-up that is set to gain even more traction, Tropicana Grandhill has become a sought-after address in Genting Highlands, Pahang.
The 45.32ha development is one of Tropicana Corporation Bhd’s (Tropicana) signature townships.
To reward buyers of its first residential phase called TwinPines Serviced Suites, a TwinPines Bonanza Grand Draw was held at the township.
Guests had a fun-filled day with a lion dance and drum performance, light refreshments, and some mini games.
The lucky draw saw 15 winners leaving with prizes worth up to RM476,000.
The grand winner won a studio unit from TwinPines Serviced Suites worth RM461,000.
Others walked away with RM15,000 worth of Samsung electronic products.
The podium will be surrounded by lush surroundings.
The TwinPines Serviced Suites offer a blend of nature, luxury and modern convenience.
Soaring 55 and 56 storeys high, it consists of two towers that stand over 1.44ha of prime land.
There are 1,443 fully-furnished units in the project with a gross development value of RM1.01bil.
These offer 13 different layouts ranging from 379sq ft to 1,330sq ft.
At the event, Tropicana managing director Ixora Ang (marketing, sales and business development) shared about the unique value-added offerings of this first residential phase.
