Residents in the Kuantan neighbourhood want the city council to take action against this house owner for turning the place into a restaurant.

RESIDENTS in a neighbourhood in Kuantan are fed up with the disturbance they are experiencing since a house in the area has been converted into a restaurant.

A resident, who declined to be named, said the house on Lorong Seri Kuantan 25, which started operating as a restaurant in January, had been a source of distress for his family.
