Setapak folk plead for more police patrols after spate of burglaries

A resident of Kampung Lee Kong Chian says there has been an attempt to steal her truck last week.

A STRING of break-ins over two consecutive days at Kampung Lee Kong Chian and Taman Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, has prompted residents to request for more police presence.

Several houses were burgled on Nov 30 and Dec 1 and the residents suspected a syndicate was behind the break-ins.
