The multi-storey carpark at People’s Housing Project (PPR) Pekan Kepong in Kuala Lumpur is underutilised as it is inconvenient and costly for some residents.

Located next to Block C of the flats, the seven-storey building that houses 337 parking bays was completed in June last year.
