FROM four Covid-19 clusters two weeks ago to 11 clusters recorded today, the Penang government is calling for tighter surveillance on the compliance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

State local government committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said he had asked both local councils to take stern action against those who failed to comply with the SOPs.
