JOHOR BARU: The Johor Indian Muslim Entrepreneurs Association (Perusim) is appealing to the state health department to take stern action against smokers.
Perusim secretary Hussein Ibrahim said the number of people flouting the no-smoking ruling at the 24-Indian Muslim restaurants was on the upward trend.
