ONE of the most neglected sections of Penang’s iconic Komtar, called Komtar Walk, will see a total makeover in a rejuvenation effort with new outlets and shops.

Penang Development Corporation (PDC), the owner of the stretch, is expected to regain use of the vacant units after winning the court case against a departmental store owner that previously had possession of the area.
