Modern library to be built in Jalan Tengku Kelana


The 45-year-old Klang District Library at Jalan Tengku Kelana. A new modern library will be built in its place.

PLANS for a new public library, set to be a social hub in Jalan Tengku Kelana in Klang, was taken up another notch when the Selangor Public Library Corporation (PPAS) deliberated on several building designs for its planning application.

PPAS has proposed for the 45-year-old Klang District Library in Jalan Tengku Kelana to be demolished and a new two-storey structure be built in its place, transcending typical library settings.
