Firms take Sabah govt to court over water contracts


KOTA KINABALU: A move by the Sabah government to terminate the water maintenance contracts of six companies overlooking 58 water treatment plants in the state will be decided by the court.

Five of the six companies have filed their writ of summons at the High Court here seeking damages totalling nearly RM254mil.
