PEOPLE’s Alternative Party (PAP) Selangor branch chairman Harry Arul Raj Krishnan, 40, who is contesting the Sungai Pelek state seat, kick-started his campaign by organising a football tournament to introduce himself and his party.

The electrical and electronics engineering diploma holder, who owns a money transfer agency, was nearly mistaken as an independent candidate as he showed up on nomination day with only two flags and a handful of supporters, a stark contrast to candidates from major political parties.
