Warisan vows to give bird’s nest harvesting rights back to locals

SUKAU: Parti Warisan Sabah has vowed to defend the rights of the Orang Sungai Bulud Upih community to harvest bird’s nest in Gomantong caves.

Its president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said the party would examine the contract awarding process to ensure that it benefitted the local community.
