Preacher takes oath as CM’s information officer

CHIEF Minister Lim Guan Eng has appointed Islamic preacher Wan Ji Wan Hussin (pic) as his information officer.

The 35-year-old, a graduate of Al-Azhar University in Egypt’s Cairo with a degree in Shariah Islamiyyah, has been tasked to explain to the Muslim community what the state government has done in its interest since 2008.
