THE Pandan parliamentary seat is in the spotlight now that MP Rafizi Ramli from PKR cannot contest in the 14th general election.

Rafizi is not eligible to stand in the elections after being found guilty of leaking confidential banking details belonging to the National Feedlot Corporation.
