THE joyful celebration of Chinese New Year came to an end last Friday, the 15th day of the first month of the lunar calendar which is also known as Chap Goh Meh.

The day may signify the last day of Chinese New Year celebrations but it is more widely known as Chinese Valentine’s Day among Malaysians when singles hope to find a suitable partner.
