PREMIERE Hotel Klang is presenting its “Flavours of Iftar@Premiere” buffet for Ramadan, which draws inspiration from the colourful array of local Malay food.
Executive chef Noor Hisham and his culinary team at The Buzz Cafe will introduce local and international dishes presented kampung-style.
There are also action stations and stalls serving dishes such as kuey teow kerang, laksa Johor, Satay Sidek, dim sum, apam balik and murtabak.
Buffet highlights include Gulai Kawah Pak Long, Gulai Kambing, Ayam Golek Madu Lembah Pantai, Ikan Patin Rendang Masam, Kambing Ambeler and roast lamb.
These will be served alongside Chinese and Indian dishes as well as cakes, kuih, pastries, fruits, waffles and pancakes.
Guests should also not miss out on the aiskrim Malaysia, a unique in-house dessert.
By popular demand, the Asimilasi Musical troupe will perform nightly to entertain guests during dinner.
Premiere Hotel Klang’s buffet is priced at RM115 nett per adult and RM95 nett per child/senior citizen.
