Celebrate the nation’s independence with a feast on Aug 31 at Cinnamon Coffee House, One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya. Discover the taste of Malaysia with dishes such as Soto Ayam Madura, Five-Spice Fried Chicken, One World’s Special Fish Head Curry with Okra, Garlic Butter Pilaf Rice with Raisins, Roasted Duck with Barbecue Sauce, Indian Style Dum Biryani, and the ever popular nasi lemak. Western dishes such as Roast Lamb with Rosemary and Mint Sauce and pasta a la minute are also available. For sweet endings, there are apam balik durian, assorted Malay kuih, Creme Brulee Tartlets, Pandan Entremet, sago pudding and Caramel Almond Cheesecake.
