The live station offers a mix of Arabian grills such as lamb chop, lamb brochette, lamb kofta and Shish Taouk, all marinated with a Lebanese spice blend. For appetisers, there are Lebanese Fattoush Salad, Shanklish Salad and Baba Ghanouj (chargrilled smoked eggplant with tomatoes), while main courses include Koussa Ablama (baby marrow stuffed with minced lamb and pomegranate seeds), Fish Sayadieyh (prawns and fish with onion, pine nuts and cumin) and Maklouba bil Lahem (lamb with eggplant, carrot and Arabic spices).
