Special nasi kerabu
Ante is presenting its Pork Rendang Nasi Kerabu special throughout the month. The restaurant’s dish features blue pea flower-infused rice garnished with torch ginger flower, served with pork rendang, salted egg, house-pickled achar, slow-cooked anchovies sambal, toasted ‘kerisik’, four-angled beans, long beans, bean sprouts and fish crackers. The pork rendang features pork shoulder that is slow-cooked for five hours in traditional rendang style. It is priced at RM23.90+ for a full portion. Additional servings of selected components such as pork rendang and rice are available at separate prices. The dish is available for lunch until Aug 31, from 11am to 3pm, including weekends and public holidays, at both Ante restaurants.
