The newly opened Sedap Restaurant at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences is presenting a special buffet dinner this Ramadan. There are over 200 authentic and fusion local delights, such as Cured Quail in Turmeric Coconut Paste, Pahang-style Braised Cod Fish, lamb cooked in 38 different styles, and pralines in the form of chocolate-coated dates and dodol coated with caramelised nuts. Drawing inspiration from the phrase ‘sedap’, which means delightful, the restaurant promises diners a hub of diverse culinary pleasures. Empire Hotel Subang’s Kitchen Art Brasserie is presenting classic Malay cuisine in its ‘Pembuka Sajian Desa’ buffet. Some of the dishes to look forward to are aromatic jintan chicken, Balinese whole lamb, itik salai cili api, ayam penyet, nangka masak lemak, ayam percik Kelantan, nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, bubur lambuk and siput sedut masak lemak bersama pisang muda.
