An exclusive special of scrumptious roasts will be taking centre stage at Vasco’s, Hilton Kuala Lumpur, today and tomorrow. Diners can look forward to a lunch tailor made by executive chef Michael Donlevy, featuring massive ribeye on the bone, a whole roasted rump and chicken en croute. Or they could enjoy a dinner where Chynna’s executive Chinese chef Lam Hock Hin will be showcasing his signature Chinese roasted duck and Chinese quail dishes along with Donlevy’s signature roast lamb.
