Decadent treatPince & Pints Restaurant and Bar, a popular lobster-only eatery, is showcasing a limited-edition dish in conjunction with its first anniversary. The Truffle Lobster Roll is a decadent version of the restaurant’s signature dish. Stuffed with hearty chunks of lobster meat (using a whole lobster and the claw) and coated with chopped chives, the lobster roll is then topped off with truffle shavings and truffle caviar, adding new depth and flavour to the dish. Priced at RM178++, the dish is also served with a new housemade truffle sauce, a side serving of fries, and chef’s salad with house dressing. The Truffle Lobster Roll is available until Dec 31.
