SIBU: A study needs to be carried out to determine the reasons for the low number of mothers in this town breastfeeding their children for the first six months.

Sarawak Welfare, Community Well Being, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah wanted the Sibu Medical Department and her ministry to conduct this study.
