PENANG Gerakan has called for the maximum punishment for cyber bullies who make degrading remarks about women especially rape and molest victims.
“These women are victims and yet they still need to go through mental torture from the cyber bullies,” said state acting Gerakan Wanita chief Hartini Tan.
