SEVEN-YEAR-OLD cancer patient Muhamad Alif Firdaus was beaming with joy during a visit to Mydin Shopping Mall in Jalan Prai near Bukit Mertajam.

Muhamad Alif, who was detected with stage four colon and bone cancer last year, was taken there by Jelutong Umno to shop for a new set of Raya clothes.
