LOCAL leaders and residents have criticised the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) over its inefficiency in removing old vehicles from the impound yard in Jalan 2/1, Bandar Baru Selayang.

Selayang MCA Youth chief Chan Wun Hoong said MPS had stored some of the vehicles for years that creepers have covered the cars.
