SEVERAL Petaling Jaya councillors objected to the plot ratio of 1:8 at Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects at the full board meeting.
Plot ratios represent the gross build-up area of a development to the land it occupies whereas TODs are locations with efficient public transportation systems such as the LRT and MRT.
