A MISSING manhole cover in the middle of the junction in Jalan Batu Unjur 9 in Klang is endangering motorists’ lives.
The lack of response from the Klang Municipal Council has led residents from Taman Bayu Perdana to take matters into their own hands by replacing the missing cover with cones, a wooden crate, old tyres and plants.
