Thumbs up for dialysis centre

THE Society of St Vincent de Paul (SSVP) provides assistance for other pressing needs of the local community; going beyond the traditional role of providing food and clothing to the poor.

International Confederation of SSVP Council president general Renato Lima de Oliveira praised the role played by SSVP Kuala Lumpur and the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia (NKF) in setting up a dialysis centre for kidney patients from needy families.
