WOMEN can be empowered in many ways and the Perak Kong Siew Heritage Association decided to use rickshaws to show what empowerment is all about.
Early in the morning last Sunday, about 120 participants, the majority of them women, took part in the 5km Rickshaw fun ride in conjunction of Women’s International Day and Visit Perak Year 2017.
