SUBANG Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) president Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan wants to improve efficiency and reduce bureaucracy this year.

“Last year, we organised four town hall meetings with residents. This year, we plan to visit the hotspots and problematic areas to get to the root of the problem.
