KUCHING: Over 50% of residential areas and villages in the Batu Kitang constituency are constantly affected by flash floods each year.
Batu Kitang assemblyman Lo Khere Chiang said the government has made it a priority to resolve this issue in stages through its Rural Transformation Programme.
