OWL is still unsafe for users, say residents

Cars often make illegal turns on the one-way road along Jalan Utara making it dangerous for weaving vehicles.

SAFETY for motorists and pedestrians are still a major concern for stakeholders living in the vicinity of the controversial one-way loop (OWL) in Petaling Jaya.

This approximately 3km road was initially slated to become a free flow loop around the city centre and aimed at reducing congestion along Jalan Utara, Jalan Barat and Jalan Timur.
