Room for improvement along PJ‘s one-way loop

THE Aug 31 deadline for the completion of the Petaling Jaya one-way loop (OWL) may have come and gone, but there is still plenty to do.

StarMetro tested out the main loop area during and after the morning rush hour as road users had expressed safety concerns on parts of the loop.
