RETIRED factory worker Saidin Ghazali was fast asleep when flood waters gushed into his house in Batu Maung, Penang, in the wee hours of the morning.
An annoyed Saidin said the downpour started at 3am and the water rose quickly from 6.30am to 7.30am.
